This is an initial privacy notice for a configurable website. Before public launch, the operator must add its legal identity, contact details, governing jurisdiction and a finalized privacy policy.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, the server may store your name, business, email, phone, city, ZIP code, service requirements, notes and explicit consent confirmation. The optional calculators run in the browser and do not transmit their inputs to the quote server.
Why we use it
The intended purpose is to review your service request and, only as described in the form, potentially share it with a relevant service provider to obtain quotes. Submission is not consent to unrelated advertising.
Storage and sharing
The provided backend stores requests locally in a non-public JSONL file. No automatic provider distribution or email notification is implemented in this V1. Hosting operators must configure protected storage, access, deletion and incident response before accepting live personal data.
Retention and rights
Define a retention schedule and a contact route for access, correction and deletion requests before launch. Never collect real leads on a publicly reachable setup lacking those controls.
